Fred is responsible for managing several projects at the firm. In 2022, he led a team of experts who negotiated a reduction in the withholding tax rate with the Government of Ghana. His efforts led to an amendment to Ghana’s Income Tax Act in 2022.
Fred lectures in Tax Law at the EM Tax Training School, University of Ghana, GIMPA and Central University.
He was also the expert appointed by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP, counsel for the Claimant in the case of Tullow Ghana Limited versus the Republic of Ghana in international arbitration under the arbitration rules of the International Chamber of Commerce in London
